Hi folks
Just a quick update on the current Top 6 in the 'Spirit of Nostalgia Challenge' Series, after the results from the Hot Rod Drags.
With just one round left, Phil is now on an uncatchable points total, so he has WON the 2018 Series!!  Many Congratulations to Phil and the whole team on this achievement!! This is their 2nd win of this Series. Well done to all of them!!
As you can see it is soooo close between the current 3rd to 6th place teams, all on the same points!! The other top 3 places will be decided after the results from the National Finals, so there could still be some changes, including a couple of teams who are entered moving up if they have a great result!
Spirit of Nostalgia Series Current Top 6
1st Place: Phil James, WB 45, Rampage, 41 points (5 rounds)
2nd Place: Keith Crampton, WB 78, Soul Town Shaker, 30 points (5 rounds)
3rd Place: Terry Clifford, WB 25, Ratcatcher Resurrection, 26 points (6 rounds)
4th Place: Mark Coulsell, WB 8, Ballbreaker, 26 points (1 x win, 1 x 4th) (5 rounds)
5th Place: Team Ratchet Strap, WB 66, Cheap Thrills, 26 points (1 x win, 1 x 5th) (5 rounds)
6th Place: Team B-Sting, WB 1, B-Sting, 26 points (1 x 3rd, 1 x 4th) (5 rounds)
Well done to all! Looking forward to the Grand Finale in a couple weeks’ time!
There are also several teams who are entered who are still in contention for the Springbridge MSA Challenge Series win, so another exciting end to the season!!
