"Backdraft" Slingshot of C&C Nostalgia Drag Racing Team

WB 6 "Backdraft" Slingshot Dragster originally built in 1969 as "Malibu Express" later became "Pink Panther" in 1973. Owner/Driver "Crazy" Chris Hartnell bought the rolling chassis in 1992 and "Backdraft" debuted in April 1995. We are celebrating our 32nd year with the slingshot! Chris' Best ET and Speed are 8.629 @ 153.57mph. Crew members are partner Claire Meaddows and sons Lee & Mark Hartnell. https://www.backdraftdragracing.co.uk/

Roll The Dice Racing

Part of the Clifford family stable of two nostalgia slingshots; Snake Eyes is proudly Ford FE powered with added methanol injection. Built by FieldCraft Fabrication, completed in 2019 with engine work and final assembly by Terry and James Clifford.
