Hi folks!
Wow!! What a wonderful season we have had for our 30th Anniversary!! I have e-mailed current WB members the details of our 30th Annual Prize Presentation and Dinner Dance on Saturday 28th November at Drayton Manor, near Tamworth in Staffordshire, where we will celebrate all of our Winners and are sure to have another fantastic evening! If you would like to attend and have not received the info, please e-mail me on: claire@backdraftdragracing.co.uk and I will send you details and the Ticket Order form.
The doors to the Hamilton Suite will be open at 6pm with the meal at approximately 7:15pm. The Trophy presentation will be after Dinner, with the Raffle and then a Disco for the remainder of the evening.
Dress code is Smart Casual, so basically anything that you would wear on a nice evening out or a party, and even more formal dress if you wish.
Tickets are priced at £40 each. Please be advised that the last date for purchasing tickets is Wednesday 11th November, and tickets will be posted out that week.
Regular attendees will notice a slight difference to the food ordering this year! There is now a choice of 3 Main courses: Turkey, Salmon or Vegetarian. All Starters will be the same and they are suitable for Vegetarians. All Desserts are the same, but if you order a Vegetarian main, then your dessert will have Vegan ice cream substituted for the custard and ice cream.
Please complete the forms sent to you and return with payment (payment can also be made by bacs). I will endeavour to seat you according to your requests, where table sizes allow. If all of your party and friends cannot fit on one table, I will get you as close to your requested group as possible on a nearby table.
